 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I'm not normally one to review, but wow, great company. Came home on Monday to find one of my torsion springs had sheared. I'm big on DIY, but a quick YouTube review told me to call around for the sake of safety and time. First company I called quoted north of $600 and couldn't make it out until Wednesday. Overhead quoted way lower and would dispatch within 4 hours of calling.

Technician was polite and professional, got the job done quick too. Didn't even think to ask, but he caught on I was military and discounted us for that.

After factoring in material cost and the time/safety factor having never done the job myself, I have zero shame saying I'd go with Overhead again for any future garage door issues.
